FBAsociados is a firm that has been in the world of specialised appraisal for more than 25 years and is present in the most relevant associations in the field of appraisal and the world of insurance (AGERS, APCAS).
Since its inception, in March 1996, we have been shaping our own personality that has made us stand out from other groups of professionals, by refining our own working method, which has been linked to a common philosophy that has ended up shaping our current team.
Gradually, some of the Experts who form part of our Company have joined the shareholders and the Board of Directors, in order to give continuity to the spirit of the firm and to be able to transmit it to the other collaborating Experts who complete our team, with important and accredited experience in each field in which each one of them participates.
Considering the particular and unique characteristics of the firm, we have found that our work is more controlled – with respect to the quality we want to provide (which takes precedence over any other criterion) – if we concentrate it in a single office, which is why we do not open branches and we are fully available to travel anywhere in Spain and the world. This is another of our features.
Contrary to what other law firms do, and based on the satisfactory experience we have accumulated, we work in multidisciplinary teams that are not assigned to a limited area whenever necessary; these groups of professionals allow us to explore, to the limit, the analysis of causes, the positions in relation to them and thus the summary of conclusions and the assessments are more than well-founded.
The technical scope of our work is Civil Liability in all its facets (Professional Liability, Product Liability, Operating Liability, General Liability and others), Machinery Breakdown, Construction All Risks, Fire, Theft, Environment, Decennial Damage Insurance, and everything to do with the Technical Branches; to which we can add the work carried out by the Offices, Commerce, Home and Communities Group. Our experience in these fields, with regard to the analysis of circumstances and causes of the facts that result in damages and/or losses, is framed in qualifications such as those of Architects, Technical Architects, Civil Engineers, Industrial Engineers, Industrial Technical Engineers, Geologists, Economists, Lawyers, etc.; whose ultimate aim is to put their continuously updated knowledge at the service of expertise.
