We have been evolving at the same time as the L.O.E. and therefore we have been involved from the very first moment in the Decennial Liability and its repercussion within the world of Insurance (called S.D.D.), therefore the expertise in this field is a natural fact within our technical development. In our case, time has been our ally as the constant evolution and learning of each case has led to a deep knowledge of the construction world in both Building and Civil Works. We determine the type of documentation required to ascertain the causes that may have contributed to the loss, in the event that it exists and is not a normal and expected consequence of the construction process: Our work is aimed at finding out the originating cause and what the triggers may be, and the consequential damage.
In order to ensure the quality and homogeneity of our reports, we carry out our work centrally from our offices in Madrid, with full geographical availability to go wherever our services are required.
